I believe in physically working hard, and I think it should be fun. My skill lies in the ability to recognize and train players according to their unique strengths and weaknesses with an emphasis on fun. After all if you don't like something you are less inclined to want to do it again. Do you want to have fun and forget that you are working out and learning new skills? If you attend a class and are looking at your watch, I haven't done my job. What will motivate you? That is my job!
