When you've finished Test 1 you'll have three numbers. Here's what those numbers mean.
The first number tells you how fast you are.
The second number tells you how quickly you recover.
The final number tells you a bit about your stamina.
Compare your first score with Men and Women of various age groups. The average professional players' results are listed at the bottom of the table.

 

 


The second test measures how you adjust and prepare for your forehand and backhand shots. The results include one-quarter, half and three-quarter measurements. Ideally, the number obtained on the Forehand results should be equivalent to the Backhand results. Compare your score with Men and Women of various age groups. The game of tennis is constantly evolving and changing. Not every player is the same, so there is not one technique or style that is right. It is important to evaluate: what type of tennis player you are and what your individual strength and weaknesses are. To really make a dramatic improvement in your performance, fitness is the key.

 

 


Notice the third test does not include results for older age groups. As we age, our knees do not always retain the ability to absorb stress as well.
